Whats the difference between say Fimo and Sculpey?  Is one brand better than another?  Why mix clays?

Fimo tiny blocks of colour ect:-

DO keep them wrapped in cling film or an airtight container once opened - other wise they will go hard and crumbly -  you can use it at this stage because it doesnt harden till cooked...But it is very hard to get it soft again.
